This site describes the work we do. Nothing on it is an offer, a price or a promise to take on a particular job. A price exists once we've reviewed your project and sent you a quote, and the terms of the work are the ones in that quote.

The notices shown

The notices drawn on this site are illustrations. They show the general layout of a notice, not the exact wording your application needs. Council or the responsible authority sets that.

Not planning advice

We produce and install notices and can post mail-outs. Nothing on this site is planning or legal advice. Your architect, town planner or the responsible authority can advise on your application.

Accuracy

We keep this site accurate and up to date as best we can. Rules and requirements change, so treat it as a general description.

Where this site links somewhere else, like Instagram, LinkedIn or Calendly, we don't control that site and aren't responsible for it.
