Planning notice services
Five kinds of public notice, each produced and installed in line with council regulations. When an application needs mail-outs, we can produce and distribute them anywhere in Victoria.
Council planning permits
When council needs to advertise a planning permit application, a Notice of Application has to go up on the site, and mail-outs are often needed too. We produce and install the notice in line with council regulations, and can post the mail-outs. Planning notices are removed when required.
Planning permit applicants, architects or town planners, or councils that outsource the notice work.
Liquor licences
An application for a liquor licence needs a public notice at the venue. We produce the notice and install it there, clearly visible for anyone passing.
Venue and bottle shop owners whose licence application needs a notice on the premises.
VCAT signage
When a planning decision goes to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) for review, notice of it can be required on site. We produce the VCAT notice and install it.
Applicants and their town planners with a review at VCAT.
DTP ministerial permits
Some permits are approved by the Minister for Planning (DTP) instead of council. Those applications still need public notice. We produce and install it.
Developers and planners with an application before the Minister.
Report and consent applications
Some building works need council's report and consent, where neighbours need to be notified.
Owners, builders and building surveyors waiting on council's report and consent.
