What we collect
Only what you send us. The quote form asks for:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address and phone number
- The site address
- Whether you need mail-outs
- Who your architect or town planner is, if you tell us
- Anything else you write in the additional information box
If you book a meeting, Calendly collects the details its booking form asks for. If you call or email us, we hold what you tell us.
What we do with it
We use it to review your project, quote the job, do the work if you go ahead, and contact you about it. We don't sell it, rent it or use it for marketing.
Who else handles it
The quote form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. Their privacy policy is at web3forms.com/privacy.
Meetings are booked through Calendly, which sets its own cookies inside the calendar on the book a meeting page. Their privacy notice is at calendly.com/privacy.
Our email provider holds the emails. Beyond these, nobody sees your details unless the law requires us to share them.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images load from this site's own address. The only third-party content is the Calendly calendar on the book a meeting page.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as they're useful for the job and for the business records we're required to keep. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless the law says we have to keep it.
Seeing or changing your details
Email contact@prioritypermits.com.au or call 1300 2 SIGN UP(1300 274 468) to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or for it to be deleted. There's no charge.
Complaints
Tell us first, using the details above. If you're not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
